Making Your


Day Use Only

Please Read All 6 Steps on this page

We are open from 9 AM to 5 PM daily**.

These are our normal hours. We do not open our gates before 9 AM on normal days. 

**On certain dates that we have events, we will be open from 8 AM to 4 PM. We will close promptly at 4 PM and ask all guests to leave by 4 PM so we can hand over the park to the group that rented it. Special hours will be listed in the title of the day pass for those dates. 


Step 1: Read the Park Rules

You must read the park rules before you enter and you are responsible for sharing the park rules with your group. Failure to follow these rules may result in you and your group being asked to leave without a refund.

Step 2: Read the Booking Instructions

Please take the time to read these carefully!

  • Reservations are Required

  • We recommend booking via your chrome browser. Do NOT use the WIX APP.

  • You can book as early as 25 days ahead and as late as the morning of (before 8 am, if space is available.)

  • When reserving, find a date that has enough spots available for your whole group. For day pass users, 1 spot = 1 Person. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!

  • Please include all people in your reservation total, including small children and babies (even if they are free)

  • The prices you will see during booking and in your email confirmation is for adult prices only. Children, seniors, PWD, and Ages 2 and below will be discounted during check-in.

  • We do require advance payments to hold your reservation (see payment instructions during the booking process).

  • To add additional people to your reservation, please make a new reservation for the additional people only. There must be spots available on that date to add additional people to your reservation. If there are no more spots available, unfortunately, we cannot add people to your group.

  • We do not give refunds for advance payments. We can accept scheduling changes only and we will transfer the payment to your new reservation. 

  • You can cancel or reschedule your reservation by signing up on our website and heading to "My Bookings"

  • If the date says that we are fully booked, we can no longer accept any additional guests for that date. Please select another date.​

  • If the box says "Reserve Now", but is greyed out, it is too far in advance too book at this time. Wait until it is 25 days ahead to book.

Step 3: Make your reservation using the booking calendar below

If you do not see any classes listed on a certain date, we are CLOSED for a private event or for the Holiday

Step 4: Verify Booking Confirmation

Make sure you see this message before you complete your booking process. If you do not see this, you have not submitted your reservation properly.

Please try again or view our booking guide for assistance.

You will also receive an email with your booking details. Please verify that the Total Number of people in group for reservation is correct.

If you do not see an email, please check your SPAM folder. If you have received an email, you are confirmed. 

Do not proceed to Step 5 if you have not received the confirmation email.

Step 5: Make Advance Payment

Please read whole section
Because we have a limited capacity, our space can fill up pretty quickly. It is unfair to other guests if a reservation is submitted, but the guest does not show up. Due to this, we are requiring an advance payment to secure a reservation.

The Advance Payment Amounts

  • 50 Pesos per head for day pass and pictorial reservations

  • Full payment for all cottages and tent rentals

Please make your reservation payments within 4 days (96 Hours) from the date that you made the reservation.


If you made your reservation only 4 days (96 Hours) before your reservation date, and your group size is less than 10 Pax ( 9 PAX or less), you can just pay when you arrive on your reservation date.

Absolute Deadline

  • Due before 1 day (24 hours) before your reservation date to avoid cancellation

Your reservation is subject to cancellation if the payment is not made by the deadline. Please note that the reservation in not cancelled yet unless you receive a cancellation email.

In order for your payment to be properly credited to your reservation, it is required that you email us a copy of the receipt / screenshot of the payment to:

Kindly use the same email as listed on your reservation confirmation.

Please do not send it via facebook messenger. 

Payments are tracked by email. Kindly note that if you do not email us a copy of the payment, our reservation team does not have a way to see that you made the payment and may cancel a reservation without an emailed copy of the payment. 

Any advance payment will be subtracted from your complete total due at check-in. For your total due at check-in, you will only pay for those who actually attend. 

You will receive the payment accounts during the booking process. If you forget them, please message us. We do not issue refunds for advance payments. We can only entertain a rescheduling of your reservation.

Step 6: Reserve for a Cottage or Tent

Free Seating


We have free tables with chairs in our Poolside Pavilion. The tables are first come, first served, and we have a limited quantity of tables in this area due to social distancing requirements. The tables are spaced out and cannot be moved together for distancing purposes. Please note that the tables are best for smaller groups, since they cannot be moved together. 

If no more free tables are available, we will still give you free chairs to sit in, and the chairs can be placed anywhere in our open field grass area.

Poolside & Lakeside Cottages / Shade Tents

Check-in Process

Operating Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM

Sorry, we are unable to let guests enter before we open for the day. These hours cannot be extended for regular day use. 

When you arrive, the gate attendant will ask for the name listed on the reservation. All guests will complete a health declaration form and submit for a temperature check.

After this, the group entering will receive a piece of paper that lists how many people are entering at that time. Each group entering MUST  bring this paper to the check-in counter before heading to the tables / cottages or joining the rest of the group. We will need to verify/collect payment first. Payment is due upon entrance.

Please check in even if you paid for your reservation in full. This helps us keep track of payments and capacity for the day.

Please remind your group mates to check in first, especially if your group does not arrive at the same time.

Your group does not have to arrive all together, you can check in separately.

You can also check in at any time. It does not have to be early morning.
