We are a growing Filipino-Owned Hospitality and Events Company based in Compostela, Cebu.

Cascades Nature Park opened in September 2020 and our main goal is to create a relaxing, enjoyable environment for our guests and customers that is suitable for bondings and gatherings. We have one of the largest open spaces good for teams and groups of any size. We need the help of a Marketing Specialist to help make Cebuanos aware of our wonderful place.

Job Brief:

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to help us in our overall sales and marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the relationship development with our customers, as well as the execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

A Sales Associate should be a competent professional able to build relationships with others and identify their needs. One should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The goal is to show companies that team building and bonding is a crucial part of business development and that we have the best venue for their teams
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Visit and interact with businesses around Cebu. Prospecting for new business through phone calls, emails, referrals, and other methods

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations

• Greet customers and make them feel welcomed when they visit our place

• Provide input on product development based on customer feedback

• Setting up new customer accounts

• Prepare proposals and presentations for customers

• Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales.

• Introduces promotions and new products to customers

• Follow up with clients make further visits when necessary

• Continue to build relationships even after business has concluded

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans

Requirements and Skills:
 

• Proven experience as Sales Associate or similar role

• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as Social media etc.) and market research methods

• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Powerpoint and marketing software (CRM)

• Well-organized and detail oriented

• Exceptional communication and writing skills

• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

• Must speak English

Compensation:

Range of base compensation of 12,000 to 15,000 Pesos, depending on experience level

Unlimited Commission will be added at a starting rate of 2.0% of all obtained sales
