What is the Bark Club

​

Bark Club membership allows the Pet Owner unlimited entry to Cascades Nature Park and the included Bark Park.  It also gives the pet owner a 20% discount on all cottage, shade tent, game, and boat rentals.

 

With a valid Bark Club Membership, you will no longer have to pay any entrance fees to Cascades Nature Park for the duration of your membership.

How to become a Bark Club Member?

After you receive your Paw Pass for your pet, please complete the registration form below. 

​

You will name a primary member who will be the one to usually accompany the pet to the park. You can also name a secondary member, usually a spouse, partner, or family member who would bring the pet to the park when the primary pet owner is not able to visit. The primary member and secondary member cannot use the membership together during the same visit.

Can the Primary or Secondary Owner bring a guest?

​

If you purchase the Pet Owner + 1 Named Guest, the primary or secondary pet owner may bring the guest listed in the registration form with them to the park. If the primary guest is unable to attend, the secondary guest may accompany the primary or secondary pet owner. The secondary pet owner can also be listed as a guest so that they can visit the park together with the primary owner. Park access is only valid for 1 guest per day.

The guest is not a member and therefore is unable to visit the park without the pet owner.

Bark Club membership requirements

The following is required to become a Bark Club Member

​

• A pet with a valid Paw Pass

• A valid payment method

• Accurate information

​

What do I bring to the park to show that I am a member?

​

Our front gate attendant will have the complete records of your membership. Please bring the following to show at the front gate:

​

• Your pet's updated special membership Paw Pass

• Your Pet

• A Valid ID for the Pet Owner

• A Valid ID for the Guest

​

How long is the membership valid for?

​

Your Bark Club Membership is valid for the term that you choose and pay for.

The options are: 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year.

​

You must maintain a valid Paw Pass during that period in order to visit.

​

Can I visit the park on any day, including holidays?

​

Yes, unlimited entry includes holidays. You can enter the park with your pet on any day and time during Cascades Nature Park's normal operating hours. 

​

If Cascades Nature Park is closed to the public for a private event, or is closed for a special holiday, you will not be able to enter the park. You can check our reservations calendar on our booking page to verify that we are open to the public on any certain day.

Do you offer refunds?

​

Sorry, we do not offer any refunds for any paid membership fees. 

​

Please note that if your Paw Pass is expired and you are unable to get it renewed, you will not be able to use your membership. We do not offer refunds in this case.

​

If your Paw Pass is cancelled due to not following the Pet Guidelines, as listed on the liability waiver that you signed, you will not be able to use your membership. We will not offer refunds in this case.

Example of possible registration names and membership usage

​

Example #1:

• Primary member: John Doe

• Secondary member:  Jane Doe

• Primary Guest:  Jane Doe

• Secondary Guest:  John Doe

In the example above, the partners can visit and use the membership together because they are both listed as a member and a guest. 

​

Example #2:

• Primary member: John Doe

• Secondary member:  Jane Doe

• Primary Guest:  Frankie Doe

• Secondary Guest:  Jeremy Doe

In the example above, John can visit the park with either Frankie OR Jeremy. If John is not able to attend, Jane can visit the park with Frankie or Jeremy.

Rules and Exclusions

​

• The membership is not transferable.

• You are unable to change the name of any owner, pet, or guest for the duration of the term of your membership. 

• A valid Paw Pass is required to enter

• Pets are not allowed in the pool area and not in any poolside cottage

• The pet, pet owner, and guest of the pet owner must follow all Pet Guidelines issued by Cascades Nature Park

• The membership fees are non-refundable.

• The 20% discount is only valid for day use rentals of cottages, shade tents, games, and boat rentals. It does not include any entrance fees or consumable items such as food or drinks.

• Only the Primary OR Secondary pet owner may use the membership at a time. Both cannot use the membership at the same time. If both the primary and secondary owners visit, and the secondary owner is not listed as a guest, then the secondary owner will have to pay the full entrance fee for that day. 

• The membership is only valid during the term paid.

• 1 membership per pet

• Any member or guest cannot visit when Cascades Nature Park is closed to the public for a private event or for a special holiday.

• Entrance is valid any day and during Cascades Nature Park's normal operating hours.

• The pet must be present with the pet owner to enter the park. Use of the membership is not valid without the pet in attendance.
